Free art classes for kids ages 6-14. Hands-on projects encourage the children to be creative as they move through a series of classes designed to broaden their understanding of art and the world around them. Sponsored by the Columbian Foundation, Inc., and the Everett Charitable Trust.
Pre-registration is required. You must call the Art Center at (315)255-1553 to register for Art After School. Online registrations WILL NOT be accepted due to limited availability.

Astonishing Abstractions

Students will learn about the masters of modern art, delve into the wonders of outer space and make art from music. This class will teach students about the many ways to create abstract art.

Recycle & Reusa: Making Arts From Ordinary Objects
Wednesdays, April 30 - June 4, 3:45 – 5pm
Teacher: Jessica Rice Kids will work with natural and recycled materials to create drawings & paintings, sculptures, collage and more. Start collecting your recyclables today – bottles, bottle caps, buttons, string, photographs, wrappers/labels, stickers, ribbons, beads etc. Students are encouraged to bring in their own prized collections.
