The Art Center has long recognized the importance of quilts as a visual medium, and has been presenting quilts in an art gallery setting since 1981.  Quilts=Art=Quilts showcases quilts as an art form.

Featuring 97 quilts from 28 different states, Canada and France, this exhibit will showcase some of the finest examples of contemporary quilting.  The 2006 jurors, Ann Clarke, Joan Lintault and Robert Shaw, chose from almost 250 entries, selecting quilts are their overall visual impact, design and originality.
