This annual exhibition will feature over 1,000 works of art by local students and senior citizens from Cayuga County.  

On view in Gallery Julius will be the Three Lakes Sampler, a collaborative project organized by Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES that includes artwork and poetry by local students.

This year’s participating schools include:  Auburn High School; Casey Park Elementary; Cato-Meridian Elementary School; Cato-Meridian High School; East Middle School; Emily Howland Elementary; Finger Lakes Christian School; Genesee Elementary School; Herman Ave. Elementary; Millard Filmore Elementary; Montessori School of the Finger Lakes; Moravia Central Middle/High School; Owasco Elementary School; Seward Ave. Elementary; Southern Cayuga Middle/High School; Tyburn Academy; Union Springs Middle High School; Weedsport Elementary and West Middle School.

Both Ends of the Rainbow gives children and seniors in our community the unique opportunity to display their work in a professional art gallery.  It offers a memorable and positive experience not only for those participating in the exhibit but also for many of their peers, families and friends. 

Join us on Sunday, January 31st from 1 – 5pm for the opening reception and a special one-day only Silent Auction.  Don’t miss your chance to win!  There will be all kinds of fun-filled opportunities for families available for bid and all proceeds support the Schweinfurth Art Center’s exhibitions and educational programs.
