The Schweinfurth has planned several fiber-related events during QAQ. We encourage weekend visitors to plan their visits around three trunk shows, where presenting artists bring a wide variety of their work and describe their process and approach to quilting. Trunk shows are 2pm Sundays and included with admission. Here is the schedule:
•   Nov. 4: Alice Gant of Trumansburg, NY
•   Nov. 25: Maggie Vanderweit of Fergus, Ontario, Canada
•   Dec. 2: Gerri Spilka of Philadelphia, PA

On Sunday, Nov. 18, The SDchweinfurth is hosting a Local Fiber Market featuring local yarn producers and vendors, plus a lecture by indie dyer Carrie Drake. The event is 1 to 5 p.m. and included with the cost of admission. Click here for more information about the market.
