If you have an interest in art and would like to share that interest with others, become a volunteer for the Schweinfurth Art Center!

As a Schweinfurth Docent, you will receive training on each new exhibit, then share that knowledge by leading tours with our visitors and school and community groups. You can also join our active group of docents for a series of trips to other art centers, galleries and museums.

Or, if you only have a few hours to spare and would rather help out with special events or programs, sign up for our Schweinfurth Volunteer Bank. We are always looking for people to help out on a seasonal or one-time basis.

We could also use some help raising funds to support our exhibits, programs and events! Join the Schweinfurth Fundraisers, an active group of folks who help to plan and present fun special events and projects to raise the funds needed to provide the Art Center’s wide range of programs.

As a volunteer you will have the satisfaction of contributing your time and efforts to promoting the arts in the Auburn area and the opportunity to meet, work with and socialize with others who share your interests.
